All returned items must have an RMA number issued by A.T.C.S.
Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
 
 
Unopened hardware or software can be returned or exchanged.  All return/exchange items must be received by A.T.C.S. within 20 days of the original invoice date. Returned products must be in original packaging with original accessories, manuals, etc., in "new" condition. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.  
 
Defective products will be replaced with a like item.  If the item is not currently in stock at A.T.C.S., customers will be directed to the manufacturer for repair/replacement.
